How to make a claim

If something happens and you need to make a claim, please call us as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to help ease your stress and we’ll act fast to help get your life back to normal again.

To make a claim on your Home Lux or Max, motor, travel or pet policy, call: You can call us any time of the day or night. The line is open round the clock, every day of the year.

In case of an emergency

Household emergencies
For household emergencies, such as a burst pipe, broken window or tiles coming off your roof, call the Home Emergency helpline on: We can put you in touch with   an approved contractor who will visit as soon as possible to put things right.
